Loving Maitland family is looking for a nanny who is active and engaging to join their family! Seeking a nanny that can understand developmental milestones. Looking for a Nanny that has a background or understanding in the Montessori philosophy, or that can demonstrate child lead learning. Family wants a nanny that can communicate and collaborate with them, who will focus on their daughter’s needs. Seeking a nanny that is detail oriented and has great organizational skills. Family is does have the flexibility on the days to fit the right nanny’s schedule. Family wants a nanny that is looking for longevity. Care for child would be the priority and other responsibilities include Family laundry, light meal prep, cleaning common areas as needed.
